MoriHiroによる研ぎ仕上げ。
伝説の名工・白木健一氏の引退後、約20年にわたり師事してきた中川氏が、白木刃物（現在の中川打刃物）を率いています。
実際、過去5年以上にわたる本焼を含む白木氏の作品の多くは、中川氏によって製作されました。
中川氏は、堺菊守や堺實光をはじめとする堺の小売店のトップクラスライン向けにも包丁を鍛造しています。
そのためKSは、中川氏の最新作を取り扱えることを大変嬉しく、光栄に思います。現在は銀三鋼を芯材とした特徴的なワイドベベルが中心ですが、今後はさらに多くの形状や様々な鋼材の展開も予定しています。
